Using Blackboard: Get Started
To get started with Blackboard you'll first need to determine your username and password. Next, you'll log in to Blackboard and join your course. This is also a good time to change your password and configure the e-mail address to one you plan to check every day.
Log In

Enroll

Change Your Password
Your Blackboard password is initially set to be your social security number. It's a good idea to change your password. Find out how to create a more secure password as you explore the Change Your Password Tutorial.
Change Your E-mail Address
Your e-mail address is initially set to your Harper student e-mail account. Either plan to check this e-mail account daily for course-related messages or change your e-mail address in Blackboard to the e-mail account you normally check each day. Explore the Change Your E-mail Address Tutorial.
